Most brands aren't losing deals because of a weak product. They're losing because their narrative isn't working.

StoryGrid & Co is an AI-first narrative strategy firm that helps founders and senior stakeholders close the gap between how good their business actually is and how it's perceived in the market.

We work at the intersection of founder voice, strategic positioning, and AI-augmented content production. Not a content mill. Not a traditional agency. A narrative system designed to compound over time — building authority, pipeline, and trust simultaneously.

Our work spans three layers: Narrative Architecture (the strategy behind your story), Content & Distribution Systems (the engine that runs it), and Ongoing Strategic Execution (the output that keeps it alive).

StoryGrid & Co. was built by Aneesh Thakral — a sales professional with 8+ years of enterprise experience and $6M+ in closed revenue. The firm exists because narrative is not a marketing function. It's a sales function. Every deal, every hire, every fundraise, every partnership starts with perception. We set that right.

If your product is stronger than your market position, we should talk.
