Annabel Sweeney has worked in various roles since 2013. Annabel began their career as a Barista at Sea Lane Cafe, where they developed a proactive, positive attitude and professionalism with customers and colleagues. In 2015, they worked as a Model and Actor Model for Gingersnap Models and The Goodwood Group respectively. During this time, they developed the confidence and independence to work in a dynamic industry, as well as the value of willpower and persistence in a competitive environment. In 2018, they worked as a Student Ambassador at the University of Winchester, where they provided a phenomenal first impression to prospectus customers and became a flexible team member. In 2019, they worked as an Assistant Manager and MIT (Manager in Training) at Hollister Co., where they recruited, trained and managed new team members on the shop floor, and led and organised regular shop floor updates. Annabel also worked as an Events Assistant at Worthing Dome Events. From 2016 to 2020, Annabel worked at ReesLeisure in various roles, including Race Director, Event Coordinator, Events and Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, 10K Race Manager at the Southampton Marathon, Half & 10K, Race Director at the Radley Triathlon, Event Coordinator at Southampton Sailing Week, Event Coordinator at the May Day Triathlon, and 10 Race Manager at the ABP Southampton Marathon, Half & 10K. In 2021, they became the Director at Busylizzy Reigate & Horley Ltd, where they managed all the aspects of running a business, managed a team of instructors, and organised regular community and member Events. Currently, Annabel works as a Customer Success Executive and Service Delivery Executive at StoryStream.

Annabel Sweeney completed a Bachelor's degree in Events Management from the University of Winchester between 2016 and 2019. In 2021, they obtained a TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Self-harm and Suicide Awareness and Prevention from The Skills Network. Annabel also received a TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems from North Hertfordshire College and a TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills (RQF) from The Skills Network in 2021. Additionally, they obtained a certificate in The Science of Well-Being from Coursera in 2021.
