In 2021, Anna joined Örebro Sportklubb Fotboll as a member of the Valberedning. Currently, they are working at Storytel as the Customer Support Quality Assurance Manager, responsible for delivering efficient customer support, managing automation and AI implementation, and overseeing the AI Bot project, Stella Storyteller.
