Ava Giannella

Ava Giannella, CFE, is a Manager in the Disputes, Claims, and Investigations practice at Stout, where they model financial and economic damages analyses for commercial litigations, specializing in intellectual property disputes. Ava's responsibilities include managing teams, interfacing with clients, and supporting damages experts throughout the litigation process. Previously, they have held roles as an Analyst and Associate within the same field and earlier gained experience as a Legal Research Intern. Ava has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Villanova University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting at the University of Michigan - Flint School of Management, which is expected to be completed in 2025.
