Cedric Elam is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Senior Application Analyst at Stout since October 2015, with prior roles in user support, including User Support Senior Analyst and User Support Analyst. Cedric provides independent support to users in Chicago and other offices, ensuring efficient technological operations. Cedric has extensive experience with various technologies, including Cisco Call Manager, Lenel Door Access, and multiple video conferencing platforms. Additionally, Cedric co-founded DillPickle Photography, taking on roles in financial and technology management. Prior internships at West Liberty Foods, Mabbly, Fairbanks Morse Engine, and Fehr-Graham & Associates have further developed Cedric's expertise in IT support and problem-solving across different environments. Cedric holds educational qualifications from the Illinois Institute of Technology and Rochelle Township High School.
