Christophe Lapaque

Christophe Lapaque, CFA, serves as the Managing Director of Investment Banking and Head of the Swiss office at Stout since November 2017, where responsibilities include supporting entrepreneurs, family businesses, and financial sponsors in various corporate finance matters such as mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and strategic advisory. Lapaque has also been a Member of the Board of Directors at Little Green House since October 2019. Prior experience includes roles as M&A Executive Director at Mirabaud & Cie from November 2013 to October 2017, and M&A Director in the Corporate Advisory Group at UBS AG from 2010 to 2013. Additional positions held at UBS AG and Ernst & Young reflect a solid foundation in corporate advisory and auditing, with initial experience as a Junior Business Analyst at ExxonMobil. Lapaque holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa and a Master's degree in Management from Audencia.
