Christopher Lam

Christopher Lam, MAI, has extensive experience in valuation advisory, currently serving as Director and previously holding positions as Senior Vice President and Vice President at Stout since April 2019. Prior to this, Christopher worked at Duff & Phelps from June 2013 to September 2018, advancing from Analyst to Vice President in the Real Estate Advisory Group. Christopher's career also includes a role as Assistant Coach for the Men's Tennis team at the University of Denver from September 2008 to June 2013 and as a member of the Men's Varsity Tennis Team at UCLA from September 2002 to June 2005. Christopher holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver (2010-2012) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Business from UCLA (2002-2005).
