Dan Siegert

Dan Siegert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of disputes, claims, investigations, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Manager at Stout since March 2022, Dan previously held managerial and supervisory roles in M&A at RSM US LLP, spanning from March 2021 to March 2022. A fiscal analyst at BMO Financial Group from February 2020 to March 2021, Dan also contributed as a Senior Consultant in M&A Transaction Services and as an Audit Senior at Deloitte between October 2018 and August 2018. Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University, completing studies in 2015.
