Daniel Arbiter

Daniel Arbiter, MAI, currently serves as a Director at Stout since May 2016, where responsibilities include providing expert witness testimony for property tax appeal litigation and collaborating with managers to enhance and develop client relationships. Previously, Daniel was a Senior Vice President and Vice President at Stout, managing direct reports, ensuring high-quality analyses and deliverables, and performing financial due diligence and research in commercial real estate. Early in the career, Daniel held positions as an Associate and Analyst, focusing on financial due diligence and client deliverables. Daniel completed a Master of Real Estate at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish from Austin College. Additionally, an internship at Texas Capital Bank involved comprehensive analysis of new construction loans and the organization of community service initiatives.
