David Pryde, CFA, ASA, currently serves as a Director at Stout since October 2022, following a role as Senior Vice President at Vantage Point Advisors, Inc. until its integration into Stout. With extensive experience in business valuations and commercial litigation expert testimony support, David has effectively handled valuation disputes, economic damages, and mergers and acquisitions at AlixPartners and ValueScope, Inc. prior to current positions. David's background includes providing financial expert testimony within various court systems and developing financial models for valuation and economic damages. Earlier experience at Bank of America involved advising clients on credit and loan products. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of North Texas.
