Eric Schmitt

Eric Schmitt, MAI, serves as Senior Vice President at Stout, a position held since April 2012, following roles as Vice President and Associate, where responsibilities included commercial real estate valuation, financial analysis, market research, and consulting. Prior to Stout, Eric Schmitt worked at Sigma Associates, Inc. from April 2007 to April 2012 as Assistant Project Manager and Architectural Designer, managing architectural and engineering services while producing technical drawings in AutoCAD. Eric Schmitt holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and is currently pursuing the MAI designation.
