Erwin Chavez

Erwin Chavez is an experienced Information Technology professional with a robust background in help desk support and IT management. Currently serving as the Information Technology Help Desk Supervisor and previously as a User Support Senior Analyst at Stout since November 2017, Erwin provides exceptional customer service and support for a firm of over 900 users, assisting with company acquisitions and training. Prior to Stout, Erwin held positions at Keck Medicine of USC, Matchless IT, LA County, and California State University, Northridge, where expertise included troubleshooting software and hardware issues, managing IT assets, and utilizing various ticketing systems for effective service delivery. Erwin holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from California State University, Northridge.
