Gregory O'Connor

Gregory O'Connor possesses extensive experience in tax and financial analysis across various prestigious firms. Beginning as a Financial Analyst and Intern at Motorola Solutions, Gregory then moved to Grant Thornton LLP as an International Tax Associate. This was followed by a role at KPMG as an M&A Tax Senior Associate. Currently serving as Vice President - M&A Tax at Stout since May 2025, Gregory also held the position of Manager - Mergers and Acquisitions Tax at PwC from March 2024 to May 2025. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut School of Business, and a Juris Doctor specializing in Taxation from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
