Jason Easterly

Jason Easterly, MAI, MRICS, is a seasoned professional in real estate finance and valuation, currently serving as Managing Director at Stout since August 2018. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Director at Duff & Phelps, LLC from January 2010 to August 2018, and worked as a Manager at Houlihan Lokey between August 2007 and December 2009. Jason also gained experience as a Senior Associate at Duff & Phelps from May 2005 to August 2007. Educationally, Jason earned a Master of Land Economics & Real Estate with a focus on Real Estate Finance & Valuation from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University in 2004, following a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Development from Texas A&M University, completed in 2002.
