Joe Randolph

Joe Randolph is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial due diligence and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Managing Director of Financial Due Diligence at Stout since December 2019, Joe previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance & Corporate Development at The Innovation Institute from 2018 to December 2019. Prior to that, Joe gained significant expertise at Deloitte from 2009 to 2018, culminating in the role of Senior Manager in Mergers & Acquisitions Transaction Services, and earlier roles as Manager and Consultant. Joe began the professional career as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley in 2008. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance, both from Pepperdine University.
