Jun Li

Jun Li, CFA, currently serves as a Director at Stout since July 2023, providing advisory services on purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment, business valuation, stock-option valuation, and audit reviews for both public and private companies. Prior to Stout, Jun Li held the position of Senior Manager at KPMG US from October 2015 to July 2023, where responsibilities included advising clients on valuation guidance and ensuring compliance with various accounting standards and tax codes. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, Manager at Deloitte, and Senior Consultant at BearingPoint. Jun Li earned an MBA from Brigham Young University between 1998 and 2000.
