Lee Welborn

Lee Welborn is a seasoned professional in the field of cost segregation, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Cost Segregation at Stout since July 2022. Prior to this role, Lee spent over 15 years at EY, advancing from Staff Consultant to Managing Director, and serving as the West region cost segregation leader. Lee's experience also includes a position as Senior Manager at Grant Thornton LLP and roles at KPMG US and EY in various managerial capacities. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned between 1990 and 1994.
