Loïc Rubat

Loïc Rubat is the Director of Valuation & Transaction Advisory at Stout Switzerland, bringing over 10 years of experience in transaction and valuation advisory. Loïc has developed strong technical skills in corporate finance, financial modelling, and business valuation through various roles, including a part-time teaching position at iaelyon School of Management and managerial roles at Deloitte Switzerland and PwC Switzerland. Loïc's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at KPMG France, focusing on M&A transactions and business modelling. Loïc obtained a Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting from Grenoble IAE and is currently pursuing a diploma from the Association of French Chartered Accountants.
