Mark Padjen

Mark Padjen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate advisory and capital markets. Currently serving as Managing Director at Stout since September 2023, Mark advises privately held and ESOP-owned companies on strategic alternatives such as ESOP formations and M&A transactions. Prior to Stout, Mark held the position of Senior Vice President at Macquarie Capital, where responsibilities included covering over 50 family offices and assisting with deal origination and financing alternatives. Mark also served as a Director at BMO Harris Bank, providing corporate finance advisory services, and was President of an independent financial consultancy. Mark’s career began at Credit Suisse as a Director in the Global Industrials Group, focusing on M&A and capital markets for corporate clients. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
