Matt Clark

Matt Clark is a Managing Director and Dallas Office Leader at Stout, where they have leveraged over 30 years of experience in business and asset valuation. Over the past two decades, their primary focus has been on clients in the telecom and technology sectors, conducting complex valuations of companies and intangible assets globally. Previously, Matt held key positions at Ernst & Young, KPMG, Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP, and led DoveBid Valuation Services as President. They also serve on the Standards Review Board for the International Valuation Standards Council as of 2023. Matt earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Real Estate and an MBA from Baylor University.
