Matt O'Neill

Matt O'Neill, CFA, currently serves as Director of Valuation Advisory at Stout since April 2023, following a tenure as Director at Siegfried Advisory from January 2022 to April 2023. Previously, O'Neill held the position of Senior Vice President at Stout from July 2016 to January 2022 and worked as a Senior Associate at Murray Devine from June 2014 to July 2016. O'Neill's expertise encompasses financial analysis and advisory services focused on financial opinions and valuations for privately held business enterprises, with particular experience in complex capital structures and pro forma valuations for transactions such as mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in the career, O'Neill was a Relationship Manager at M&T Bank from August 2010 to July 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business from Wake Forest University and an MBA in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
