Matthew Holte

Matthew Holte, CSM, MBA, is currently serving as Vice President at Stout since July 2023, following a managerial role at Deloitte from October 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included audit and accounting reporting consulting and facilitation of HBCU initiatives. Prior to Deloitte, Matthew held multiple revenue accountant positions at NextEra Energy Resources and Paloma Natural Gas, specializing in revenue management and reconciliations across various states. Early career experience includes roles at BMC Software and MassMutual Financial Group, where financial advisory and sales leadership were developed. Matthew holds an MBA from Texas Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma and SCRUM.
