Michael Krakovsky

Michael Krakovsky is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Managing Director at Stout since June 2016. Previously, Michael held positions in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey from 2001 to June 2016 and served as Managing Director at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners in 2007-2008. Michael holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Columbia Law School, obtained between 1992 and 1995, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Michigan, where studies were completed from 1987 to 1991.
