Mike Amacker

Mike Amacker is a seasoned finance professional with over 40 years of diverse experience in investment banking and valuation. Currently serving as Managing Director and Shareholder at Stout since February 2012, Amacker oversees investment banking, valuation advisory, dispute consulting, and management consulting across 17 U.S. offices. Prior to this role, Amacker held the position of Vice President/Managing Director at American Appraisal for 12 years, focusing on valuation and appraisal for various business and financial purposes. Additionally, Amacker has experience as Vice President & Managing Director at Holiday Fenoglio, where responsibilities included arranging debt and equity for real estate projects, and served in earlier positions at Interfirst Bank and KPMG Peat Marwick, specializing in commercial lending and auditing, respectively. Amacker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Southern Mississippi.
