Oliver Warnke

Oliver Warnke is a seasoned financial advisor with extensive experience in investment banking and valuation advisory. As Managing Director at Stout since September 2012, Oliver leads a premier financial-advisory firm that serves a diverse client base ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to privately held companies across various industries. Prior to this role, Oliver was Vice President/Team Leader at HFBE Inc. from July 2001 to August 2012, where valuation, financial advisory, and investment banking services were provided to both privately held and publicly traded companies. Oliver holds an MBA with a focus on Finance from Rice Business (2008-2010) and a BBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business (1997-2001).
