Paul Brooks

Paul Brooks is an experienced financial consultant and expert witness specializing in the energy industry. Currently serving as a Director at Stout since January 2023, Paul has previously held director positions at B. Riley Financial and The Claro Group. Prior roles include Senior Manager at Hill Schwartz Spilker Keller LLC and Manager positions at UHY Advisors and KPMG, where Paul focused on forensic investigations and litigation support. Earlier in the career, Paul worked as a Managing Consultant at Navigant and as a Senior Associate at Deloitte, assisting various clients in compliance and litigation matters. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy & Finance with European Studies from the University of Exeter, an MBA in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and completed a year of Law & Economics at Universite de Nancy.
