Scott Kozel

Scott Kozel, CPA, MBA, currently serves as Director of Financial Due Diligence at Stout since October 2022. Prior to this role, Scott held multiple positions at Grant Thornton LLP (US), including Director of Transaction Services and Manager of Transaction Advisory Services, from September 2019 to October 2022. Scott also worked as a Manager of Transaction Advisory Services at RSM US LLP from February 2018 to September 2019, and as a Senior Advisory Associate in Financial Due Diligence at KPMG US from February 2017 to February 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Audit Associate at KPMG from August 2012 to February 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Accounting from East Carolina University.
