Scott Reid

Scott Reid is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in transaction advisory and financial due diligence. Currently serving as Director of Transaction Advisory - Financial Due Diligence at Stout since April 2024, Scott previously held the position of Director in Deal Advisory & Strategy at KPMG from May 2011 to March 2024, where responsibilities included managing financial performance analysis, quality of earnings, and cross-functional coordination with M&A services and data analytics teams. Prior roles include Analyst of External Reporting at CSX, responsible for managing quarterly earnings and annual filings, and Audit Senior Assistant at Deloitte. Scott holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia and a Masters of Accountancy from Kennesaw State University.
