Susan McCarthy

Susan McCarthy is a Client Support Analyst specializing in Disputes, Claims, and Investigations at Stout since May 2023. Prior to this role, Susan held multiple positions at MarshBerry, including Project Coordinator and Senior Administrative Assistant, from July 2021 to May 2023. Susan's extensive experience also includes serving as Administrative Coordinator and Information Specialist at Cleveland Metroparks from June 2014 to July 2021, where responsibilities included assisting the Director of Outdoor Experiences and managing office operations, respectively. Earlier in Susan's career, management of guest services representatives was undertaken at Corporate Concierge Services from January 2012 to June 2014, along with event planning at Madison Country Club for a brief period in 2011. Susan is an alumnus of Lakeland Community College.
