Todd Poling

Todd Poling is a seasoned finance professional with extensive expertise in business valuation and advisory services. Currently serving as Managing Director at Stout since October 2022, Todd specializes in providing valuation services for public and private-sector clients globally. As the Founder and CEO of Vantage Point Advisors, founded in 2005, Todd leads a firm that focuses on corporate valuation and related financial advisory across various activities, including transactions and litigation support. Todd previously held the position of Managing Director at CBIZ Valuation Group from 1996 to 2005, where management of complex valuation engagements was a primary focus. Earlier experiences include General Manager at ADR, Inc., and Staff Accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co., where Todd built a strong foundation in auditing and consulting across multiple industries. Todd holds an MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business and a degree in Business with a focus on Accounting from the University of South Dakota.
