Whitney Weber

Whitney Weber serves as the Head of HR - Organizational Effectiveness at Stout since March 2021, holding previous titles such as Senior Director Colleague Experience and Director Organizational Effectiveness within the same company. Prior to Stout, Whitney was a self-employed Contract Organizational Development Leader, where responsibilities included designing and rolling out a Unconscious Bias training program and leading the development of a Diversity and Inclusion initiative for a software company. Whitney's earlier experience includes roles at Huron Consulting Group, focusing on leadership development programs and managing a 360 Feedback process, and at SMG & Associates, overseeing compliance in financial transactions. Whitney holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
