Aaron Halley

Aaron Halley is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in construction across various sectors. Currently serving as the Office & Education Division Manager at Stout since May 2022, Aaron leads the construction division for office and education projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Sr. Project Manager at LEVEL5, managing commercial construction for banking projects, and serving as Project Manager I at Granite Construction, overseeing heavy civil projects for notable clients such as UDOT and Chevron. Previous positions entail project management for fiber optic and utility projects, as well as involvement in diverse construction roles from laborer to intern. Aaron holds a BS in Construction Management from Weber State University and is fluent in Spanish, with proficiency in multiple computer programs.
