STOVER.GEA AS helps you fulfil the perfect ICT relocation project in consultation with relevant stakeholders

Stover has long traditions in transition and transformation. We are specialists in mapping, implementation, procurement, facilitation, program / project delivery and control / follow-up.

Today's transition and transformation projects are not just about moving or upgrading. It’s about changing the way you are thinking and executing. You can compare it with moving from your own home to start renting a home with a set of services associated (which you were previously 100 % responsible for).

A good example is going from locally installed software to the use of SaaS services (Software as a Service) where you buy access to specified software (delivered from the cloud).

Therefore, a modern transition and transformation project today is less about underlying technology and much more about what you as a customer want to achieve of benefits - in other words, what is really your end goal?

We assist you with:

 • To carry out a transparent and objective mapping of current and future situation
 • Ensure the right procurement of requested services
 • Ensuring coordination and the project are on track with predefined deliveries on time
 • Correctly and documented handover from project to operations
 • Standardized processes and follow-up routines – based on common understanding

Implementation takes place (as always) in close collaboration with Suppliers and Customers (internal / external).

Do you want to know more? - then just dive into our universe (our website) for more information - you are of course always welcome to contact us directly - we are here to support and your goals
