Erwin Bytebier

Erwin Bytebier serves as the Operational Excellence Director at stow Group since March 2023, bringing extensive experience in operational leadership and continuous improvement. Prior roles at Aperam from 2010 to 2023 included positions such as CTO of Operational Excellence and Black Belt, and head of various centers focused on quality and improvement. Prior to joining Aperam, Erwin's career included roles in production management and engineering at Arcelor Mittal and Acesita. Erwin holds multiple degrees, including a Master in Industrial Business Administration from the University of Ghent and advanced engineering degrees from The University of Manchester and the University of Ghent, alongside a Black Belt certification from leansixsigmabelgium.
