Peter Bahnik has held various roles in the real estate industry since 2005. In that year, they began as a Senior Property Manager at Karimpol. In 2014, they became a Director of Leasing at P3 Logistic Parks. In 2018, they began their role as Senior Executive Industrial & Business Services at Savills Australia & New Zealand, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, monitoring trends in the industry, and negotiating commercial terms and incentives. In 2020, they became a Sub Region Manager at Marsh & McLennan Companies. In 2021, they founded Sublot Warehouse Space Marketplace. In 2022, they became an Entrepreneur at Antler and Regional Director APAC at Stowga, the largest On-Demand Warehousing Marketplace.

Peter Bahnik obtained their Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Economics in Bratislava, Slovakia between 1994 and 1999. In February 2019, they obtained a Certificate of Registration from NSW Fair Trading.
