Aaron Seltzer serves as the Vice President and Sector Lead for Space Missions and Sensing at STR, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this, Aaron worked at Ball Aerospace from August 2010 to February 2024 as the Senior Director of Military Space Systems, managing military space systems' profit and loss. Aaron's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Group Leader at MIT Lincoln Laboratory from October 1992 to August 2010, where responsibilities encompassed technical and program management as well as operations in radar, optical, and signal processing. Aaron began the career as a Graduate Student at Applied Research Labs from 1990 to 1992, focusing on high-resolution sonar. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
