Eric Drazin

Eric Drazin is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with a robust background in various engineering roles. Currently serving as the Lead Mechanical Engineer at STR since September 2022, Eric previously held multiple positions at BAE Systems from June 2014 to September 2022, including Principal Hardware Engineer, Senior System Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer, focusing on Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) and electro-optical sensors. Prior to that, Eric worked as an Auxiliary Operator at the University of Massachusetts Lowell Research Reactor from June 2011 to May 2014, where skills in SolidWorks were developed through the creation of 3-D models based on technical specifications. Eric also gained early experience as a Technical Intern at BAE Systems in the summer of 2013. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, completed in 2016 and 2014, respectively.
