Gil Raz

Chief Scientist at STR

Gil Raz has extensive work experience in the field of research and technology. Gil began their career at MIT Lincoln Laboratory in 1999, where they worked as a staff member specializing in signal processing applications for defense-oriented problems, focusing on nonlinear signal processing techniques. In 2004, Gil started their own company called GMR Research & Technology, Inc., where they served as the owner and president until November 2012. Since July 2012, Gil has been working as the Chief Scientist at Systems & Technology Research.

Gil Raz obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Gil completed their undergraduate studies from 1984 to 1989. Later, they pursued a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they successfully earned between 1994 and 1998.
