Lamia Farah

Lamia Farah is a Senior Engineer at STR since August 2020, with prior experience as an Engineer and Associate Researcher. Lamia's background includes a Systems Engineering Co-op at RKF Engineering Solutions, where a C++-based ray-tracing tool was developed, and front-end user interfaces of a frequency assignment tool were modernized. As a Software Engineer at NanoView Biosciences, quality-control software was enhanced, and collaboration with the biology team improved production efficiency. Earlier roles include a Co-op at Systems & Technology Research, focused on radar signal processing algorithms, and an Education Marketing Intern position at MathWorks. Lamia holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University, completed in 2020, and graduated from Wellesley High School in 2015.
