Mallory Ferland

Mallory Ferland has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of HR and business operations. Mallory began their career in 2013 as a Recruiter at CoreMedical Group before transitioning to a Human Resources Assistant role at Boston Children's Hospital. In 2014, Mallory joined STR and progressed through various HR positions, including Human Resources Administrator, Senior Human Resources Administrator, and HR Supervisor. Mallory then served as a Human Resources Manager before becoming an HR Business Partner. Currently, Mallory holds the position of Director of Recruiting at STR.

Mallory Ferland obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire from 2009 to 2013. Mallory pursued further education and completed their Master's Degree in Human Resources Management at Southern New Hampshire University from 2014 to 2018.
