Marty Easter, PMP, currently serves as the Lead Program Manager for Cyber at STR, overseeing advanced cyber R&D programs for DoD and IC customers. Previous experience includes a role as Life Cycle Integration Director at BAE Systems, where Marty managed lifecycle support for Electronic Combat Solutions, and as Program Manager for Autonomy, Controls & Estimation. Marty also held key positions at Oasis Systems and the United States Air Force, gaining extensive leadership experience in space systems, operations, and compliance. Marty holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science in Space Systems Operations Management from Webster University.
