Peter Neumann

Peter Neumann, PhD, PMP, currently serves as a Principal Program Manager at STR, where responsibilities began in July 2023. Prior to this role, Peter held various program management positions, including managing R&D contracts for the Air Force Research Laboratory at Riverside Research, leading teams on microelectronics security projects, and overseeing multiple initiatives at GIRD Systems focused on Software Defined Radio technologies. Peter's extensive experience includes significant program management roles at L3 Technologies, YSI, NuWaves Engineering, and QinetiQ North America, demonstrating a strong background in product development, project management, and innovative defense technologies. Peter earned a PhD in Acoustics from Penn State University and a BS in Engineering Science from the University of Michigan.
