Phillip Corbell

Chief Scientist, Advanced Sensor Technologies at STR

Phillip Corbell's work experience includes serving as the Chief Scientist for Advanced Sensor Technologies at Systems & Technology Research since October 2018. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Professor at the Air Force Institute of Technology starting in July 2014.

Phillip Corbell's education history begins in 1993 when they attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. There, they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Electronics Technology and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both of which they completed in 1998.

Following this, from 1998 to 2000, they continued their education at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Phillip Corbell then furthered their education at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2006 and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
