Scott C. is a seasoned technical leader in the Cyber Division at STR, where they manage multi-disciplinary innovation and R&D teams focused on autonomy, cyber, and national security. With 15 years of experience, Scott has demonstrated a strong ability to lead large-scale technical initiatives and enhance organizational security. A former Naval Aviator, they hold a B.S. in Information Technology, an MBA from Indiana University, and a Master of Public Policy from Harvard with a focus on AI/ML and cyber policy. Scott has contributed to the Truman National Security Project as a member of the Defense Council, advocating for strategic solutions to global challenges.
