Scott Moran serves as Vice President and Group Lead for Prototype Systems & Technology at STR since July 2019. Prior experience includes leadership roles at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory from January 2016 to June 2019, where responsibilities included Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, and Chief Staff Officer.
