Thomas Douglas

Thomas Douglas is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Support Specialist Team Lead and previously as an IT Support Specialist at STR since July 2021. Prior to this role, Thomas held positions such as AkaTec Digital Media Engineer at Akamai Technologies, Network Operations Center Engineer at iCorps Technologies, and IT Support Technician at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Thomas also gained early work experience as a Ground Crew member at High Bridge Hills Golf Club. Thomas is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering at Northeastern University, with academic studies ongoing since 2016.
