Claudio Roman possesses extensive experience in the construction and transportation sectors, currently serving as Concrete Plant Manager at STRABAG since May 2022, overseeing quality control and production of concrete while managing logistics and supply of raw materials. Prior roles include Dispatcher at STRABAG, where responsibilities focused on coordinating concrete plant operations and ensuring quality and timely delivery for projects, and Transport Manager at DAVIDEROM, managing transport activities for major construction sites and supervising technical staff. Claudio Roman holds a Master's degree in Automotive and a Diplôme de Inginer in Transport Engineering and Traffic from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
