Daniela Callegari

Daniela Callegari is an experienced professional in the fields of change management and organizational development, currently serving as a Change Manager at STRABAG since October 2012. Prior to this role, Daniela worked at AXA from April 2010 to September 2012 as a Deputy Project Manager in Change Management for Solvency II and as an Assistant to the Chief People Officer for the NORCEE region. Daniela’s earlier career at AXA included a role as a Project Employee in Leadership Training and an Assistant role for conducting Assessment Centers at GenoPersonalConsult GmbH. Daniela holds a Diplom in Psychology from Bielefeld University, earned between 2003 and 2009.
