Jill Sandner

Jill Sandner has extensive experience in people and culture development, having worked at STRABAG from May 2017 to July 2023 in various roles including People & Culture Development and Koordinatorin Ombudswesen, where responsibilities included international coordination of the internal ombudsman system and handling conflict and discrimination cases. Prior to STRABAG, Jill held positions such as Psychological Assistant in Training and Development at EUROCONTROL and HR Referent at Adecco Germany Holding SA & Co. KG, focusing on recruitment, performance management, and human resources development. Further experience includes HR Consultant at DIS Consulting, specializing in change management and leadership development, as well as Junior Trainer at Schüller&. Jill holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Work and Organizational Psychology from Maastricht University.
