Marcello Bardini

Marcello Bardini, PMP, is currently serving as the Corporate Head of Scheduling at STRABAG, overseeing project scheduling for Strabag Chile and acting as Project Schedule Leader for the Alto Maipo Hydroelectric Power Project. With extensive experience in project control management at various organizations, including roles at Astaldi and AES-Gener, Marcello has led significant projects such as the expansion of Santiago's Arturo Merino Benitez Airport and the construction of hydroelectric plants totaling 531MW. Marcello's career also includes consultancy in project management, with a strong focus on planning and control utilizing tools like Primavera and Microsoft Project. Marcello holds a degree in Ingegneria Gestionale from Università degli Studi di Genova.
